As President and CEO, Craig overseas all aspects of the day to day operations, as well as Strategic Planning for the company, as a whole.
Craig grew up in Montreal and attended Concordia University, where he majored in chemistry. He never got a chance to really apply his scientific knowledge, however, as he took a full-time marketing job straight out of school. This position took him across the world for a number of years (including extensive travel throughout Asia), and taught him many of the professional ethics and practices that form the core of Miller McConnell’s unique business model.
Craig started as a senior employee under Jim, acting in a management role similar to the one he has now, but it wasn’t until September 2002 when the decision was made to make Craig a full partner in the sign company. In May 2014, Craig acquired all of Jim’s shares and is now sole owner of Miller McConnell.
If there’s one thing he’s learned since Miller McConnell Signs first opened its doors in 1992, it’s that the reward for nurturing and maintaining relationships with existing customers far exceeds any other business relationship practices. As such, Craig makes it a top priority to represent the company and foster trust and understanding between the company and its customers.
An avid golfer, Craig is a member of the Camelot Golf Club in Cumberland.
